Fatehgarh Sahib @ Rs. 40.40 Lacs per acre. Case has been sent to DDLG Ludhiana by EO MC Amloh for sending the same to DLG office Punjab and same has been forwarded by DDLG Ludhiana to DLG office on 12.06.2018 for final approval. Case received back with observation and resubmitted to DLG office for approval. |

EO was asked to provide alternate MC land nearby for construction of STP as the existing STP site is a pond which is very deep i.e nearly 20 feet and continously rain/sewage water is reaching the pond site. So pond will never be empty and as such construction of STP is not possible. EO was also requested to acquire the land by negotation if alternate MC land is not available nearby. |

Sewer has already been laid up to last point (very near to Kasoor drain leading to Pakisthan) without acquiring STP land. Now the owner of that land has refused to give land. It has been now planned that first the acquisition will be started and completed as per new act. If the owner offers land (may be up to 25% higher rate collector rate), necessary approval will be obtained from FD. If the owner refuses, then the process for acquition will be started. EE has been advised to have joint meeting this week with EO and start the process as above.
